History

Yadadri (Yadagirigutta) is a hill shrine of Lakshmi Narasimha near Hyderabad, Telangana. An ancient cave temple was dramatically expanded in recent years while retaining the core swayambhu tradition.

Legends

• Yogi Mallanna (also associated with the saintly figure in local lore) is said to have meditated here; the cave sanctum still anchors the pilgrimage experience.
